Workshop “Wings of The Future” - Kết Nối Đam Mê, Định Hình Tương Lai Ngành Hàng Không

Sáng ngày 14/06/2025, tại Hội trường F100 Học viện Hàng không Việt Nam, chương trình Workshop "Wings of the Future" do Đoàn – Hội Khoa Kinh tế Hàng không phối hợp cùng Trung tâm Đào tạo The Wings tổ chức đã diễn ra thành công rực rỡ, thu hút sự tham gia của hơn 450 sinh viên.
Workshop "Wings of the Future" được tổ chức với mục tiêu cung cấp cho sinh viên cái nhìn thực tế và trực quan hơn về ngành Hàng không, đặc biệt là nghề Tiếp viên Hàng không – một trong những lĩnh vực luôn thu hút sự quan tâm đặc biệt từ sinh viên Học viện Hàng không nói chung và sinh viên Khoa Kinh tế Hàng không nói riêng.

Trong khuôn khổ chương trình, sinh viên đã có cơ hội lắng nghe những chia sẻ chân thật, gần gũi và đầy cảm hứng từ chính những người đang làm việc trong ngành Hàng không. Mỗi câu chuyện được chia sẻ không chỉ giúp sinh viên hiểu rõ hơn về môi trường làm việc thực tế, mà còn truyền cảm hứng mạnh mẽ về ý chí, kỷ luật và sự chuyên nghiệp – những phẩm chất cốt lõi của người làm nghề.

Bên cạnh phần chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, phần giao lưu giữa sinh viên và các diễn giả cũng là một điểm nhấn đáng chú ý của chương trình. Các bạn sinh viên đã chủ động đặt ra nhiều câu hỏi thực tế xoay quanh quá trình tuyển dụng, yêu cầu ngoại hình, kỹ năng mềm, xử lý tình huống trên chuyến bay, hay cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp trong ngành. Những băn khoăn đã được giải đáp một cách cởi mở, chân thành, giúp sinh viên định hình rõ hơn về con đường mình đang lựa chọn.

Không chỉ dừng lại ở một chương trình giao lưu chia sẻ, "Wings of the Future" còn là cầu nối để sinh viên và doanh nghiệp đến gần nhau hơn, góp phần thu hẹp khoảng cách giữa lý thuyết và thực tiễn, giữa nhà trường và môi trường làm việc. Sự tham gia nhiệt tình của sinh viên cùng những phản hồi tích cực sau chương trình là minh chứng rõ ràng cho thành công của Workshop lần này.

Workshop "Wings of the Future" không chỉ là một hoạt động học thuật ý nghĩa mà còn là minh chứng cho sự chủ động, sáng tạo của sinh viên Khoa Kinh tế Hàng không trong việc tìm kiếm cơ hội phát triển toàn diện. Với sự đồng hành của các đơn vị đào tạo uy tín như Trung tâm The Wings, chương trình hứa hẹn sẽ được tiếp nối và mở rộng hơn nữa trong tương lai, mang lại nhiều giá trị thiết thực cho sinh viên.

Kết thúc chương trình, các diễn giả và sinh viên đã cùng nhau lưu lại những khoảnh khắc đáng nhớ qua những bức ảnh tập thể, khép lại một buổi sáng tràn đầy năng lượng, thông tin bổ ích và truyền cảm hứng mạnh mẽ. Workshop "Wings of the Future" – đúng như tên gọi của nó – đã mở ra đôi cánh cho tương lai nghề nghiệp của nhiều bạn trẻ đam mê lĩnh vực Hàng không.

Workshop “Wings of The Future” – Connecting Passion, Shaping the Future of Aviation

On the morning of June 14, 2025, at Hall F100 of the Vietnam Aviation Academy, the workshop “Wings of the Future,” co-organized by the Youth Union and Student Association of the Faculty of Air Transport Economics in collaboration with The Wings Training Center, was successfully held with the enthusiastic participation of more than 450 students.

The “Wings of the Future” workshop was designed to offer students a more realistic and insightful view of the aviation industry, especially the profession of flight attendants—one of the most attractive and sought-after careers among students at the Vietnam Aviation Academy in general, and those of the Faculty of Air Transport Economics in particular.

During the workshop, students had the opportunity to listen to heartfelt, relatable, and inspiring stories shared by professionals currently working in the aviation sector. These stories not only helped students gain a clearer understanding of the real working environment but also conveyed powerful messages about determination, discipline, and professionalism—the core values of the industry.

In addition to the experience-sharing segment, the open Q&A session between students and guest speakers was another highlight of the program. Students eagerly posed practical questions regarding recruitment processes, appearance requirements, soft skills, in-flight emergency handling, and career development opportunities. These inquiries were met with sincere and transparent responses, helping students form a clearer picture of the career path they wish to pursue.

More than just a sharing session, “Wings of the Future” served as a bridge between students and the industry, narrowing the gap between theory and practice, between the classroom and the professional environment. The students’ active participation and the overwhelmingly positive feedback following the workshop are strong indicators of its resounding success.

The workshop was not only a meaningful academic activity but also a testament to the proactive and creative spirit of students from the Faculty of Air Transport Economics in their pursuit of comprehensive development opportunities.
